Service providers like public transport drivers, shopkeepers, Hotel Staff, Tourist Guides, etc. are an integral part of the basic infrastructure of the city and show an important image of the city to the world.
GHO has formulated a structured training programme which will be aimed at enriching service providers from unorganised sector of the society, so that they perform their day-to-day functions in a far more professional way with a renewed dedication and commitment, along with improving their personality and behaviour so that even their personal relationships also improves.
With this view we will have an improved service sector, leading to a better environment and support system for the working middle /elite class, which helps ultimately for the city to flourish.
