The Socio- economic development council may make or initiate studies and reports with respect to regional, national & international economic, social, cultural, educational related matters and may make recommendations with respect to any such matters to the secretary General, their Development councils of the GHO and to the specialized agencies concerned.

Council of Environment and Flora Fauna shall be involved in formulation of the policies and development of strategies for sustainable management of protection of wildlife and their habitats; and maintenance of a clean, green and healthy environment.

Culture, Spirituality & Universal Emotions
The council of Culture, Spirituality & universal emotion shall conduct interactive sessions to impart core Family Values, Composite Culture of Co-existence, Universal Spirituality, to understand real meaning of all religion, improve mental health and Universal Emotion.
To conduct interactive/contemplative/ introspective sessions under professional / specialist counsellor for people undergoing psychological, physiological & sociological changes at different stages of life in the Family Cycle. i.e. Adolescence, Marriage, Parenthood, Middle age, Retirement, Old Age.

Development of Under Privileged
Council of Development of Under Privileged aims to ensure the transformation of under-developed pockets of the world on the objective criteria pertaining to education, health & nutrition, financial inclusion & skill development and basic infrastructure.

GHO shall work with institutions / agencies / individuals to impart Life skill training to the youth, women, and children to empower them and facilitate employment opportunities for them.

Disaster & Crisis Management
Council of Disaster and Crisis Management aims to provide the requisite institutional mechanisms for formulating and monitoring the implementation of Disaster Management Plans, facilitating the measures by various wings of the Government for preventing and mitigating the effects of disasters and for undertaking a holistic, coordinated and prompt response to any disaster situation.
The impact of Natural Disasters like earthquake, flood, cyclone etc. may create obstruction for overall development effort in the state/district. Government and the community need to be aware of the risks and take concrete actions to prepare for and mitigate against the natural disasters affecting their place of living and livelihood. Taking into account the negative impact of the natural disasters.
There has been a paradigm shift in dealing with disasters and the process has undergone a change from Relief Oriented Approach to Planning, Preparedness and Mitigation. The focus of GHO would be on capacity building through trainings of all the stakeholders with emphasize on better management of disasters, identifying and reducing disaster risks to manage the serious crisis affecting local communities / state / country and at Global Level.

Self Defense, Physical & Mind Sports
Empowerment & Self-Defense gives one the power to choose how to respond to violence, without being judgemental. It empowers us to be in command of our minds, body and spirit. It teaches us that we are allowed to live our lives boldly and freely without fear.
GHO shall endeavour to provide evidenced-based primary violence prevention system. GHO shall teach individuals how to intervene and prevent violence and develop coping mechanism through listening to their intuition, assessing their options, asserting boundaries, and provide tools for a range of mental, verbal and physical responses.

GHO proposes to study and undertake different research studies, suggest innovative systemic change to function as an effective alternative.
